Our Florida North campus boasts modern culinary stations equipped with innovative equipment, providing students with an immersive and realistic learning environment. From interactive demonstration kitchens to specialised pastry studios, Kushinda Academy is designed to nurture creativity and skill development.

We have established strong partnerships with industry associations, including the South African Chefs Association and The Speciality Coffee Association of South Africa. Welcome to Kushinda  Academy, founded and led by our Managing Director Ms. Nonhlanhla Manganye. With a passion for culinary art and education, our mission is to empower students with the resilience and expertise to create high-quality skils that will thrive in the competitive industry. 

Our Academy offers accredited culinary courses taught by world-class experts, providing groundbreaking insights and innovative strategies for success. As a 100% Black female-owned institution, we’re a beacon of excellence in the industry. We look forward to nurturing visionary leaders and welcoming students who share our commitment to excellence.
